One desk. Your friends.

Pen Fight Online Multiplayer

Bring the school-desk rivalry into a friend room. Share one invitation, check your seats and take turns flicking pens across the same desk. Play against each other or team up.

Creating and joining rooms happens in the game’s Multiplayer menu. This page explains the steps; it does not create a room for you.

How to play Pen Fight with friends

Create a room

Open Pen Fight, enter the game and choose Multiplayer. Enter your nickname and create a room. As host, select the format and check which seats are occupied. Add bots if you want to fill empty seats.

Share the invitation

Use the room’s invitation link or send its room code to your friends. Share the invite for the current room, rather than just the website address. Check that everyone appears in the lobby before starting.

Join a friend’s room

Open their invitation link, or use the join option in Multiplayer and enter the room code. Choose a recognisable nickname, then check your seat and pen. A full, closed or already-started room may not accept a new player.

Get ready

Follow the lobby readiness prompts. The host starts the match. For 2v2, all four seats must be filled; Raid needs at least two humans connected, with bots filling the remaining allied seats.

Free-for-all, 2v2 or Co-op Raid

Free-for-all

Every pen competes for itself. Read the nearest edge and your rebound route before attacking. With more pens on the desk, one collision can change several players’ positions.

2v2 team matches

Seats 1 and 3 play against seats 2 and 4. Check the team assignment instead of relying on pen colour. Leave space for your teammate and avoid pushing an ally toward the edge.

Co-op Raid

Two to four humans share a four-pen allied team against separate enemies. Choose a mission, clear three waves and face Desk Warden. Raid has its own action limit and team-clear conditions.

Practice before inviting friends

For a solo warm-up, use AI Training to repeat a shot or try another desk surface. Training and solo quests are separate from room results.

Take turns, then play a rematch

Wait for your turn and press READY before aiming. Press your own pen, pull away from the intended shot direction and release. Let the desk settle before the next player acts. Current rooms use turns, not simultaneous shooting.

At the result screen, the connected players can vote for a rematch. Room wins carry across matches in the same room; they are not a global ranking or a source of skin unlocks. For collection rewards, return to Desk Quest.

If a friend cannot join or take a turn

Desktop is recommended while mobile controls continue to be tested. For persistent errors, note the message and browser version and use Contact. Never share login tokens or account credentials.
