Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing penfight.org, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be legally capable of accepting these terms or use the service with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian where required.

Permitted use

You may browse the editorial content and play the available browser game for personal, lawful use. You may not disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, automate abusive traffic, distribute malware, impersonate others, or use the site in a way that violates law or the rights of another person.

Intellectual property

The site’s original layout, written guides, and independently created interface elements are protected by applicable law. The embedded game, repository artwork, names, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Availability on this site does not grant you a license to copy, sell, rehost, or commercially exploit those materials.

Unofficial portal and rights requests

penfight.org is not the official game developer or publisher. The upstream game repository did not show a clear license file when the site was assembled. Public availability of source code is not itself a promise of commercial permission. Rights holders may contact mooyuking@gmail.com about attribution, permission, or removal.

Availability and changes

The site and game are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may correct content, change features, replace the game build, suspend access, or discontinue the service without guaranteeing notice. Scores and temporary game state may be lost when a session, browser, or site version changes.

Third-party services and links

Hosting, analytics, source links, and other external services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party availability, security, content, or actions.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
